HOHO! The 'catchphrase' I've used in our RP sessions is an exaggerated drag on his signature cigar, followed by him saying 'KILLSHOT' as he exhales. Usually done as an introduction to a new NPC or a PC, or to punctuate a 'killshot' on an opponent.
